This is the privacy policy for gonzalez.marketing, the website of Gonzalez Marketing LLC, a Florida company. It is written in plain English because that is how I write everything. The short version: I collect only what you type into my form, I use it only to answer you, and I never sell it.

What I collect

If you request a visibility check, I receive what you submit: your name, your business name, your email address, what your business does and where, and anything you add in the notes. Like nearly every website, my hosting also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

What I use it for

One thing: running your visibility check and replying to you about it. No newsletter, no drip sequence, no list. If we end up working together, your information becomes part of our normal client records.

What I never do

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not run advertising trackers on this site. I do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Third parties involved

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see the same standard request data any web request carries. Email to and from this site is delivered by an email provider (currently Resend) acting on my behalf. Form submissions are stored in this website’s own database on my server. That is the whole list.

How long I keep it

Form submissions stay in the site’s records so I can honor the check and any follow-up conversation. If you want yours deleted, email me and I will delete it and confirm.

Your choices and contact

Ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it: hello@gonzalez.marketing. You get me, not a call center, and I answer personally.

If I ever change this policy, the change appears on this page with a new date below.
